The Lebanon School District makes its facilities available to individuals and community groups without discrimination and in accordance to Board Policy 707. Individuals or organizations wishing to rent district facilities should: 

  • Review Board Policy 707
  • Review Facility Guidelines
  • Complete and Return the Application for  Use of School Facilities

Please Note: 

  • School-related or school-sponsored events take precedence over all other requests
  • Applications for Use of School Facilities are not guaranteed; applications may be declined or canceled due to non-compliance with established policy and procedures
  • Applications for Use of School Facilities must be made a minimum of 30-days prior to the intended event / rental / use
