Lebanon Middle School
Counseling Department

“Professional school counselors everywhere proudly share the same simple vision—
to prepare today’s students to become tomorrow’s adults.”
(American School Counselor Association, 2004)

At Lebanon Middle School, the school counselors support all students in their academic, personal/social, and career development to promote optimum success.

Our Mission
The mission of the Lebanon Middle School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive program that is research based and data driven, one that affects change, and one that reflects the individual and collective developmental needs of all our students in a safe and tolerant learning environment.  Through partnership with administrators, teachers, parents, and community leaders, Lebanon Middle School Counselors will continue to positively advocate for students, and will implement and enhance individual and programmatic services in all three domains—socio-personal, career, and academic—in order that students can receive the tools they need to become productive members of society.
