Keith has been employed as the Head Athletic Trainer at Lebanon School District since 2012. Keith studied athletic training at Penn State University and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Athletic Training in 2005. Upon graduating, he pursued a Master of Education Degree in Health Education from Penn State University, completing his degree in 2006. Keith has worked in all levels of athletics, as well as in physical therapy clinics during his athletic training career. Through the support of the administration, boosters and parents, the athletic training program has evolved into a full-scale healthcare service providing a wide range of care to the student athletes at Lebanon School District. He enjoys woodworking, ice hockey and spending time with his wife, 5-year-old twin boys, and 2 Siberian Huskies. |

Dr. Cayce Onks
|

Cayce A. Onks, D.O., M.S., started his career in Sports Medicine as a Certified Athletic Trainer following graduation from The University of Tennessee with a degree in Exercise Science and Master's Degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University. Dr. Onks graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). He completed an osteopathic internship through PCOM and the Crozer-Keystone Health System in Philadelphia and a Family Medicine residency program at the Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He then completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship training at Penn State University in State College. Dr. Onks serves as team physician for the Hershey Bears Hockey Club, Lebanon Valley College, and Lebanon High School. He practices inpatient and outpatient family medicine and sports medicine in clinics in which ultrasound guided injections are utilized. |
Dr. Robert Gallo

Robert A. Gallo, MD graduated from Pennsylvania State College of Medicine in 2002. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, and a Sports Medicine and Shoulder Fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City. Dr. Gallo is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopedics. Among other roles, he serves as the medical director for the Harrisburg Senators baseball team and as an assistant physician with Cedar Crest High School. He has special interests in the care of overhead athletes, rotator cuff injuries, multi-ligamentous knee injuries, and articular cartilage defects. Dr. Gallo is a sports enthusiast and an avid tennis player. He lives in Palmyra with his wife, Carla, and their two children, Robby and Grace. |
Dr. Matthew Silvis

Matthew Silvis, M.D., graduated from the Pennsylvania State College of Medicine. He then completed a Family Medicine Residency at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. After residency, Dr. Silvis practiced wilderness medicine in rural Wyoming, then completed a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Wake Forest University. At Penn State Hershey, Dr. Silvis is currently the Medical Director of Primary Care Sports Medicine. He also serves as team physician for the Hershey Bears Hockey Club, Lebanon Valley College, and Hershey High School. Dr. Silvis has special interests in the care of endurance athletes, exercise, and concussion. |
Dr. Scott Lynch

Dr. Scott Lynch joined the faculty at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in June of 1998 as an Orthopedic Surgeon with sub specialization in Sports Medicine. Prior to coming to Hershey he did his Orthopedic residency at the University of Vermont and then did two Sports Medicine Fellowships, one at the Cleveland Clinic and one overseas at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. He is an Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and is the Director of Sports Medicine at Penn State Hershey Medical Center. He has been awarded the Vincent D. Pellegrini, Jr. Resident Teaching Award in 2002 and 2007. He has been the Practice Site Medical Director for the Adult Bone and Joint Clinic since its opening in 2008. He serves as a team physician for several area high schools, as an assistant team physician for the Hershey Bears hockey team, and is the Director of Athletic Medicine for Penn State University at University Park. Dr. Lynch was a collegiate wrestler at Penn State University and has previously served as a volunteer wrestling coach for a local high school. He enjoys biking, snowboarding and playing guitar in his free time. He lives in Hershey with his wife, Debbie, and has two children. |
